The plan includes lifestyle and nutrition recommendations on topics such as diet, exercise, sexual activity, stress reduction, and dietary supplements. The plan is designed to act as a “bridge”, which will enable people to live for another 20-30 years and access dramatic medical breakthroughs that are expected to then occur. The Bridge Plan also includes recommendations for how to invest in aging research through charitable donations, and for how to volunteer your time, so that you are not passively waiting for these medical breakthroughs to occur, but instead actively supporting their development.
